• Sólo puede convertir hasta dos grabaciones a la vez. No se puede solicitar un nuevo archivo hasta que se haya completado el anterior.
• Tenemos esta limitación: que todos los clientes puedan generar archivos.Para ello, tenemos una cola en el backend para que las solicitudes se procesen en orden de fecha y hora. Si no hay limitaciones, puede ser que algunos de los clientes no puedan descargar ninguna grabación porque los servidores están demasiado ocupados con un cliente en particular que tiene muchas solicitudes.
• Los períodos de grabación de más de 30 minutos a 1 hora pueden enviarse en formato WebM. Los archivos WebM se pueden reproducir en cualquier dispositivo o reproductor.Si necesitas convertirlo a MP4 más tarde, es fácil hacerlo. Lo hacemos ahora para ahorrar tiempo y mejorar la entrega.
