Yes, we don't limit the number of rooms that can be available at one time. The only thing we check is the concurrent users under your account. You can have as many rooms you want as long as the number of concurrent users is allowed under your plan.

Note: During create room, you'll be required to input how many participants there will be using the created API call, “maxParticipants”. This is very important for our system as this will reserve the server's slot based on the number of participants.

If you didn't input the number of participants during created API call, “maxParticipants”, then our system will reserve a slot for 30 participants as a default.

For example, if you have 100 concurrent users with us, then you have one meeting running but didn’t configure the "maxParticipants" numbers, then we will reserver 30 seats for this session and you have 70 free seats remaining for other meetings.

Concurrent user means all online users at the same time under your account. For example, if you have 50 concurrent users and five rooms are running at the same time, the total number of users in all rooms should be 50.

Note: During the build space, you must send the value of 'maxParticipants' with an API call to create. This is very important for our system. Our system reserves the slot of the server based on this value.

Yes, we don't limit webcam usage. All of our plans ensure that all concurrent users who join a session can use their webcam, but bandwidth limitations may cause an issue. If you or your users don't have enough bandwidth, then you'll face problems with the webcams such as pixilation, lag, frames freezing, etc.

You may also face problems with bandwidth in a shared package too. From the ultra-2 package and up, all clients will get separate dedicated server so they will get better performance.

However, it's recommended to enable the webcam for the teachers/moderators but then disable them for the students/attendees to save bandwidth. The teachers/moderators have the authority to lock webcams.

Once the session is over, the recording will stop, and you'll receive an email notification once it’s finished processing. After that, you'll need to visit your panel to start processing the MP4. You can simply click on the record button from the meeting name and it will open a new tab. Now, click on “Start Process” under “MP4 Status”. Once the process is complete, you'll get another notification to download the MP4 files. Remember, the MP4 files will be deleted after 7 days automatically but your meeting's recording will remain as long as you don't delete it.

Note: If the recorded meeting is too long or more than 30 minutes or one hour, you may receive the file in a WebM format, but that file will play from any device or player without any problems. If you want to, you can convert it to MP4 at a later stage if you need to, but most of the time many people don't need to do this. In using this format, we are saving time to deliver the file to you sooner
