Here is a short tutorial of how to start a Live RTMP Broadcasting event via Facebook  

1 . Click + button and chose Live broadcasting (RTMP)

2 . Then input Facebook-Server URL and Stream Key

3 .You can find that information at your Facebook page

4 .Then input here like this

5 . Click Start Share Then check your Facebook page, then wait for a few seconds the streaming video will come to your Facebook page.

6 . Then you can start to do your Facebook live broadcasting.
